How are reservations being processed?
Our goal is to make the reservation process as simple, efficient and fast as possible. If you are interested in a reservation please follow the steps outlined below.
Reservations are generally made online on this website. For general requests regarding courses, accommodation and prices, please fill out a “quotation form”. If you would like to make a binding reservation, please fill out a “booking form”.
When you fill out one of these two forms, please provide us with as much information as possible so we can recommend adequate courses and, if required, appropriate accommodation for you. Add additional questions and notes in the “Comments” section.
When we receive the data from the online form, we will send you detailed information about your selection, give you a quote and answer your questions. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible; you can generally expect a response within 24 hours.
When you have decided to make a reservation, please fill out a “booking form”.
When you have placed your booking, we will check availability and send you the reservation details and invoice within one to two business days.
When the reservation details and the invoice are issued by Maltalingua please follow the payment procedure outlined on the invoice. Please contact us immediately if you spot any errors.
When we receive confirmation about your successful payment, we will send you a booking confirmation and your travel details. They contain important information about your arrival in Malta, your accommodation and the school, a map as well as relevant addresses and telephone numbers.
Before you make your booking, please read our General Terms & Conditions. If you make a reservation through the booking form, we assume that you have understood and accepted our General Terms & Conditions.
