Flight Companion Option

All of our summer packages are available with a flight companion option. If you would like your child to be accompanied on the flight, one of our team leaders will fly to selected destinations, meet you in the airport, and accompany you on the flight to Malta. We fly from Munich, Paris, Madrid, Milan, and Rome. To find out more, Click here

English Classes

Our General English Course is the perfect choice for kids (8-12) and teens (13-17) who want to develop their language skills in a dynamic and engaging environment. With 20 lessons per week, you'll spend three hours per day in the classroom with our passionate and experienced teachers, who provide you with personalised attention and support.

Our academic department has designed a syllabus that focuses on a communicative and interactive approach to learning English. Through a variety of activities and exercises, you will practise all your skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while also developing your grammar and vocabulary. We ensure all students have the necessary time to develop their language skills and make new friends in class. By the end of the course, you'll feel more confident and fluent in English!

Activity Programme

Learning English should be enjoyable, practical, and interesting, so we've included a variety of entertaining activities to help you discover Malta, make friends with other students, and have an incredible stay. Maltalingua's activity programme also supports your lessons in the classroom and ensures an all-immersive, cultural, and diverse English learning experience.

Our team of enthusiastic group leaders will be there 24/7 to assist you with any requirement. Don't be afraid to ask them questions, they are always happy to talk and practise English with you! We make sure you have lots of time and opportunity to explore the island, participate in team-building activities, or just relax with your new friends in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Accommodation

We have three different accommodation offers so you can choose the option that’s right for you:

1. Standard Hotel

Our four-star hotel, the Maltalingua Junior Residence, is situated in the picturesque town of St.Paul’s Bay in the north of Malta. You will get complete access to all hotel amenities during your stay, including the indoor and outdoor pools, the jacuzzi, the rooftop terrace, the games room, and much more! We provide full-board accommodation, which includes a continental breakfast, a hot buffet-style lunch and dinner, and hot lunch packages with a choice of alternatives. Our live-in leaders are dedicated to making sure you have a fantastic experience in Malta. They will be available to provide support and care throughout your stay.

2. Superior Hotel

Our Superior Junior residence is located in the heart of Qawra within the newly renovated OCYCY Hotel, offering a superior accommodation experience for our junior programme. During July and August, the junior school is located approximately 800 metres away, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel offers exceptional facilities for juniors, including modern air-conditioned rooms, a large outdoor pool, a family indoor pool and a waterpark for all ages, a games and recreation area, gourmet buffet lunch and dinner (full-board), 24/7 front desk and security, and shared triple/quad rooms.

3. Homestay Options

Our homestay options provide you with a home away from home. Your hosts will provide you with full board home cooking, use of family facilities including Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, weekly bed linen changes, laundry (on request), 24/7 support from Maltalingua staff, full activity programme, and most importantly, 24/7 Supervision and Parental Contact.

All our homestay options have been checked and certified by the Maltese Tourism Authority, who make sure the houses are safe and the families and trained to provide residency. As a family run company, we completely understand the importance of providing the best care for juniors. Therefore, we also thoroughly check every host we partner with to guarantee they maintain the same high standards we set and expect. We hand-pick hosts that live near to our schools to make sure you have a short trip back and forth from school.

Transport

Traveling to a foreign country can be stressful, which is why Maltalingua is here to support your every step. From the moment you land in Malta, our dedicated representatives will be waiting to greet you at the airport and transport you directly to Maltalingua's Junior Residence or homestay. When you arrive at the residence or homestay, our welcoming staff will be there to make you immediately feel at home.

You won't have to worry about transportation throughout your stay because it is all included in your package. We'll make sure you arrive at your destination safely and on time, whether you are going to an English lesson or exploring the island.

When it’s time to depart, one of our representatives will pick you up from the residence or homestay three hours prior to your scheduled departure and transport you to the airport, so that you have a stress-free and seamless journey home.

Flight Companion Option: Our Flight Companions provide flight accompaniment from selected airports. They travel to the airport to meet and accompany your child on board the flight to Malta. The same service is provided for the return trip. Contact us for further information.
